學術海報發表暨口頭報告競賽甄選辦法
一、活動目的
歡迎國內外的學者藉由海報論文及口頭報告的方式，分享醫學研究的多元成果，提供醫學研究嶄新思維，藉由分享與互動創造學術上的火花。
二、參賽條件
全國醫學院教師、醫師、各職類醫事人員、醫學生以及對人工智慧有興趣者。
三、競賽甄選注意事項
- 活動時間：2026 年 7 月 7 日（星期二）16:00–16:30
- 活動地點：國防醫學大學 1 樓可勝廳、2 教室
- 投稿截止：自公告日起至 2026 年 6 月 25 日（星期五）17:00 截止
- 投稿方式：填寫報名表單（見上方「立即投稿」按鈕）
- 競賽報告型式：海報展示與口頭報告；主辦單位於 2026 年 7 月 1 日（星期三）以電子郵件通知入選者。
競賽主題
- AI 驅動之篩檢、診斷、預後預測、分流、監測與治療評估：包含前瞻性實用性試驗（Prospective pragmatic trials）、群集隨機對照試驗（Cluster-randomized trials）及階梯式楔形設計（Stepped-wedge designs）之研究。
- 生成式 AI 於臨床工作流程之整合：包含轉診轉介路徑（Referral pathways）之優化與人機互動（Human-AI interaction）之設計。
- 具實質下游指導意義之因果推論研究：包含高質量之回顧性因果分析（Retrospective causal analyses）與目標嘗試模擬（Target trial emulations）。
- 「AI 臨床行動方案（AI-action bundles）」之健全治理與監測策略：包含真實世界療效（Real-world effectiveness）、模型漂移（Model drift）、安全性評估、模型重訓（Retraining）與重新校準（Recalibration）之監測。
- AI 臨床行動方案之衛生技術評估（HTA）、成本效益分析與經濟學評價。
- 支持臨床實踐之報告規範、治理架構與生命週期管理框架。

口頭報告須知
入選前 2 名口頭報告者需於 2026 年 7 月 7 日（星期二）排定時段於研討會會場進行每人實體 5 分鐘的口頭報告，由評審互動提問 3 分鐘，以英文方式呈現。
海報展示報告須知
入選海報展示者需於 2026 年 7 月 7 日（星期二）12:00 前張貼好海報，評審於 12:30 開始評分，海報以英文方式呈現。
四、評選與獎勵
- 評選方式：由主辦單位招集相關學術領域之專家學者擔任評審，現場進行提問及評選。
- 獎勵方式：第 1 名 NT$5,000、第 2 名 NT$3,000。
- 獲獎者將於研討會舉辦當日公告並頒獎。
五、其他
主辦單位保留對本研討會活動修改之權利，如有任何異動或注意事項將公佈於活動網頁，恕不另行通知。
Poster & Oral Presentation Competition — Guidelines
1. Purpose
We welcome scholars from Taiwan and abroad to share the diverse results of their medical research through poster papers and oral presentations, to offer fresh thinking in medical research, and to spark academic exchange through sharing and interaction.
2. Eligibility
Faculty of medical colleges nationwide, physicians, medical professionals of all categories, medical students, and anyone interested in artificial intelligence.
3. Key Information
- Time: Tuesday, July 7, 2026, 16:00–16:30
- Venue: Kesheng Hall (1F) and Classroom 2, National Defense Medical University
- Submission deadline: From the announcement date until 17:00, Friday, June 25, 2026
- How to submit: Complete the entry form (see the "Submit Entry" button above)
- Format: Poster display and oral presentation. The organizer will notify selected entrants by email on Wednesday, July 1, 2026.
Competition Topics
- AI-driven screening, diagnosis, prognosis prediction, triage, monitoring, and treatment evaluation — including prospective pragmatic trials, cluster-randomized trials, and stepped-wedge designs.
- Integration of generative AI into clinical workflows — including optimization of referral pathways and human–AI interaction design.
- Causal inference research with substantive downstream guidance — including high-quality retrospective causal analyses and target trial emulations.
- Sound governance and monitoring strategies for "AI-action bundles" — including monitoring of real-world effectiveness, model drift, safety assessment, retraining, and recalibration.
- Health technology assessment (HTA), cost-effectiveness analysis, and economic evaluation of AI-action bundles.
- Reporting standards, governance frameworks, and lifecycle management frameworks supporting clinical practice.

Oral Presentation Notes
The top 2 selected oral presenters must deliver a 5-minute in-person presentation in a scheduled slot at the conference venue on Tuesday, July 7, 2026, followed by 3 minutes of interactive Q&A from the judges. Presentations are to be delivered in English.
Poster Display Notes
Selected poster presenters must post their posters before 12:00 on Tuesday, July 7, 2026; judging begins at 12:30. Posters are to be presented in English.
4. Judging & Awards
- Judging: The organizer will convene experts and scholars from relevant academic fields as judges, who will ask questions and evaluate on site.
- Awards: 1st place NT$5,000, 2nd place NT$3,000.
- Winners will be announced and awarded on the day of the conference.
5. Other
The organizer reserves the right to modify the event. Any changes or notes will be posted on the event web page without separate notice.
